​京都の街を歩いていて、「なんて読むんだろう？」「なぜこんな名前がついたんだろう？」と不思議に思ったことはありませんか？
​「帷子ノ辻（かたびらのつじ）」や「鶏冠井（かいで）」など、京都には一筋縄ではいかないミステリアスな地名が溢れています。地名は、その土地に刻まれた「歴史の化石」です。

​今回のワークショップでは、歴史を愛してやまないまち歩きガイド「七羽屋（ななはねや）」が、難読地名の裏側に隠された驚きの由来や、古の伝説を楽しく解説します。
