Beginners are super welcome 🔰 We also have rackets available for rent.

Wednesday, June 3 | 19:00 – 21:00 (We host these irregularly on Wednesdays and Saturdays!)

Higashiyama Regional Gymnasium, 3rd Floor

🚃 Getting There
Just a 1-minute walk from the Kiyomizumichi bus stop.

👬 Who can join?
Anyone, regardless of nationality! (Non-Japanese speakers are more than welcome!)

👐 What to bring

• Indoor shoes (Required)
• Racket (If you have one)

📝 What we’ll do
We’ll start with a quick warm-up and then jump into some doubles games!

⚠️ Important Notes

• Racket Rental: +100 yen if you need to borrow one.
• Shuttlecocks: We use nylon shuttles for beginners. If you prefer feathered ones, please bring your own!
• Cancellations: In case of cancellation, we’ll post an update on LINE or Meetup.
• No Soliciting: Please no business recruiting or unwanted networking for profit.
• Last-minute cancellations: Please try to avoid these so everyone gets a chance to play!

👦 About the Host
I just moved to Kyoto in 2026! 😀 I’m currently studying English.
Besides badminton, I also organize volleyball, ping pong, cafe meetups, and international parties.
