Traditional Kintsugi Workshop - 3 Hours Deep Experience

Discover the traditional art of Kintsugi through an immersive 3-hour workshop designed for those who want to go beyond a simplified introduction.

This is not a decorative “quick fix” class. You will learn authentic techniques using traditional materials and methods that are rarely accessible in short-format workshops. No synthetic glue shortcuts, no superficial finishing. The focus is on precision, patience, and respect for the craft.

Under the guidance of Virginie, a French Kintsugi artist based in Tokyo who trained with masters in Kyoto, Nara, and Tokyo, you will experience the true philosophy and discipline behind this ancestral art.

We have carefully designed this session so that participants can complete and take home the plate they restore during the workshop.

Kintsugi requires attention to detail, calmness, and concentration. It is ideal for those who enjoy working with their hands and wish to slow down. If you feel your focus has been scattered lately, this may be a beautiful way to reconnect with it.
