What to expect:
A cozy and friendly language exchange! We sit around a table, enjoying casual conversations over drinks. It’s a great, pressure-free space to practice both English and Japanese

​To ensure a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for everyone, please follow our community guidelines.

​Please respect all participants, regardless of their nationality, age, gender, or language proficiency.
​Be a good listener. Let’s support each other and create a positive learning environment without judging mistakes.

​2. No Solicitation or Marketing
​Any form of solicitation, including commercial business, networking marketing, religion, politics, or recruiting for other groups, is strictly prohibited.
​This is a community purely for language exchange and making friends.

​3. No Harassment or Unwanted Advances
​Please do not force others to exchange contact information or make unwanted personal advances (dating purposes).
​If you experience any uncomfortable behavior during or after the event, please report it immediately to the organizer.

​4. Cancellation Courtesy
​Since seating or spots may be limited, please update your RSVP to "Not Going" as early as possible if you can no longer attend.

​みなさんが安心して楽しく交流できるよう、以下のガイドライン（ルールとマナー）を設けています。ご一読の上、ご協力をお願いいたします。

​1. お互いをリスペクトしましょう（Respect Each Other）
​国籍、年齢、言語のレベルに関わらず、すべての参加者を尊重しましょう。
​誰かが話しているときは優しく耳を傾け、間違いを過度に批判したりせず、お互いに学び合える温かい雰囲気を大切にします。

​2. 営利目的・勧誘行為の禁止（No Solicitation & Marketing）
​ネットワークビジネス、特定の宗教、政治団体への勧誘、または他イベントへの強引な引き抜き行為は固くお断りします。
​純粋な友達作りや言語交換を目的としたコミュニティです。

​3. ナンパ・迷惑行為の禁止（No Harassment）
​他の参加者が嫌がるようなプライベートな質問を執拗にすることや、連絡先の交換を強要する行為、ナンパ目的での参加はご遠慮ください。
​万が一、イベント中や終了後に困った行為を受けた場合は、すぐにオーガナイザー（主催者）までご相談ください。

​4. キャンセルマナー（Cancellation Policy）
​定員を設けているイベントも多いため、もし都合が悪くなった場合は、できるだけお早めにMeetup上で「不参加（Not Going）」への変更をお願いします。
