このイベントでは、3年後の理想の姿を描き、そこから逆算して“いま動ける一歩”を見つけていきます。

イベント名「WAYPO（ウェイポ）」の由来は、経由地を表す“waypoint”から。 参加者ひとりひとりにとって、次の一歩へ向かうための大切な「経由地」になってほしいという想いから生まれました。
