Join us for Circle Halloween Walk in Shibuya! 🎃 We’ll be shooting with models around the creative and vibrant streets of Shibuya, starting outdoors at Shibuya Sakura Stage - SAKURA TERRACE to stay away from the heavy station crowds. Live location will be shared prior to meeting. All levels of experience are welcome! 🔰

🎃 About Halloween in Shibuya & Event Safety Guidelines Halloween night around Shibuya Station (Scramble Crossing, Center-Gai, Dogenzaka) is heavily restricted and extremely crowded. As recommended by Shibuya Ward, we encourage everyone to avoid large street gatherings and strictly adhere to local regulations:

• 🚫 No Street Drinking: Public outdoor drinking is strictly prohibited in Shibuya during Halloween week.
• 🚶‍♂️ Keep Moving & No Blocking Traffic: We will keep moving along wide pedestrian paths and strictly avoid stopping or blocking sidewalks/staircases.
• 🛑 Bypassing High-Crowd Areas: Our route will completely bypass Scramble Crossing and Center-Gai, focusing on spacious and stylish spots (Sakura Terrace, Shibuya Stream, Miyashita Park deck, and Yoyogi Park Zelkova Avenue).

That’s why our event focuses on a safe, relaxed, and creative photowalk experience! 🎃📸

1️⃣ Total attendee limit for walks is 30 people.
2️⃣ Please join the waitlist; spaces often become available if plans change. 📋
3️⃣ Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be subject to temporary bans from photowalks. 🙅‍♂️
4️⃣ Please wait for other creators to finish shooting their ideas first and ask for permission before shooting. ⏰
5️⃣ Respect public space and passersby at all times.
6️⃣ This is a safe space for everyone—no acts of disrespect will be tolerated. Please contact organizers directly if any trouble arises.
7️⃣ If you are on the waitlist and definitely want to join, please contact us on Instagram (@tokyocircle) specifying your reason.
❗️❗️ HOW THE WAITLIST WORKS ❗️❗️
1️⃣ If the event fills up, we'll move people off the waitlist in the order they joined.
2️⃣ Models may get priority over photographers to maintain a balanced ratio.
3️⃣ If a member has signed up for multiple events, we may prioritize another member for fairness.
4️⃣ Please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations so others can join.
Event Flow: 🕐

• 17:00 Meeting outdoors at Shibuya Sakura Stage - SAKURA TERRACE, introductions & idea discussion.
• 17:15 Start walking along the designated route (Shibuya Stream → Miyashita Park → Yoyogi Park area).
• 19:00 Finish the walk and share group chat links.
• 19:05 Optional: Continue socializing at an indoor izakaya, pub, or café.

Event Rules: 🔰

• Please be kind and respectful to everyone.
• Be aware of your surroundings and keep pedestrian walkways clear.
• No public outdoor drinking allowed during the walk.
• We may split into smaller groups if necessary to avoid public disturbances.

🎃 サークル ハロウィン ウォーク in 渋谷！ モデルの皆さんと一緒に、渋谷のクリエイティブな街並みを歩きながら撮影を楽しみます。混雑を避けるため、集合場所は屋外の 渋谷サクラステージ - SAKURA TERRACE（サクラテラス） です。 詳細なライブロケーションは事前に共有します。初心者からプロまで大歓迎です！ 🔰
📍 集合場所: 渋谷サクラステージ - SAKURA TERRACE (※商業施設の館内ではなく、屋外のテラスデッキに集合します)
参加予定（Attend）ボタンは、参加が確定している方のみ押してください。バランスを保つため、満員の場合でもモデルの受付を優先・継続する場合があります。
🎃 渋谷のハロウィン規制および安全上の注意点 渋谷駅周辺（スクランブル交差点、センター街、道玄坂など）は非常に混雑し、厳格な規制が行われます。渋谷区の推奨およびルールに従い、安心・安全なイベント運営を行います：

• 🚫 路上飲酒の禁止: ハロウィン期間中の渋谷駅周辺での路上飲酒は法律・条例で厳しく禁止されています。
• 🚶‍♂️ 立ち止まり・通行妨害の禁止: 歩道や階段をふさがないよう、常に移動しながら撮影を行います。
• 🛑 混雑エリアの回避: スクランブル交差点やセンター街を避け、広々とした安全なエリア（サクラテラス、ストリーム、宮下公園デッキ、代々木公園ケヤキ並木など）を中心としたルートを歩きます。

1️⃣ ウォーキングの参加者総数は30名までとさせていただきます。
2️⃣ キャンセル待ち（Waitlist）にご登録ください。空きが出ることがよくあります。📋
3️⃣ 直前のキャンセルや無断キャンセルは、今後の参加をお断りする場合があります。🙅‍♂️
4️⃣ 他のクリエイターさんの撮影が終わるのを待ち、配慮を持って撮影してください。⏰
5️⃣ 公共の場所や一般の通行人の方への配慮を忘れないようお願いいたします。
6️⃣ 誰にとっても安全な空間です。マナー違反や不快な行為は許されません。トラブルの際は主催者へご連絡ください。
7️⃣ キャンセル待ちの方で参加希望が強い方は、インスタグラム（@tokyocircle）へ理由を明記の上ご連絡ください。
❗️❗️ ウェイトリストの仕組み ❗️❗️
1️⃣ 定員に達した場合、申込順に繰り上げを行います。
2️⃣ 比率維持のため、カメラマンよりモデルの方を優先する場合があります。
3️⃣ 複数イベントに申し込まれている場合、公平性を保つため他のメンバーを優先することがあります。
4️⃣ 直前キャンセルはご遠慮いただき、遅くとも48時間前までにご連絡ください。
イベントの流れ: 🕐

• 17:00 渋谷サクラステージ - SAKURA TERRACE（屋外） 集合・自己紹介・撮影アイデアの共有
• 17:15 撮影ルートに沿ってフォトウォーク開始（渋谷ストリーム → 宮下公園周辺 → 代々木公園方面）
• 19:00 ウォーク終了・グループチャットリンクの共有
• 19:05 （任意）居酒屋やカフェなど屋内店舗での交流会

• 周囲の安全に配慮し、通行の妨げにならないよう注意してください。
