🧘 Sunrise Meditation at Kiba Park

Take a pause from the busy Tokyo life and join us for a calm evening meditation session in nature.
This meetup is about slowing down, connecting with yourself, and gently sharing the moment with others.
No experience is needed—just bring an open mind.

◆ Flow of the Session
→ 6:00 AM – Meet & light stretching
→ Guided breathing and 20–25 min meditation
→ 6:40 AM – Closing circle
→ Optional: grab a light breakfast or coffee nearby with whoever wants to continue chatting ☕

◆ What to Bring

  • A yoga mat or small towel to sit on
  • Light jacket or blanket (mornings can be cool)
  • Water or tea in a bottle

◆ Notes

  • All levels welcome, from complete beginners to experienced meditators
  • This is not religious—it’s a simple, accessible mindfulness practice
  • Event will be canceled in case of rain (announced the day before)
