エコマラソン Eco Marathon

Please join us Saturday at 10am for hill repeats in Aoyama. The group jogs around the 3.3 kilometer Akasaka Palace loop, runs 8 short hill sprints, then gathers for coffee and snacks at the Aoyama-Itchome Starbucks. We meet at the corner of Aoyama-Itchome crossing in front of Police Box – exit 2 of Aoyama-Itchome Station. There are coin lockers at the station. Everyone is welcome. You can run hills as fast or easy as you desire. We run up a roughly 300-meter hill eight times and re-group as we jog back down so the whole group stays together.
