The EMX is for men who are interested in cultivating an anchor of embodiment in their lives through the connection and witness of other men and brothers. The EMX is designed as a "multi body" retreat that offers physical, emotional, cognitive, and relational experiences.
The EMX is a 30-60 man container, experienced on intimate teams, facilitated by Sacred Sons Leaders. Men have often said they have done their deepest work on an EMX and have formed life long connections with other brothers.
We connect, form relationships, make eye contact, wrestle, express our truths, eat really good food together, hike, dance and stoke the flame of brotherhood. To learn more about the EMX, enroll and find out what it means to you!
The EMX is a 72hr experience that begins on Thursday afternoon and ends Sunday afternoon. Exact times and location are communicated in the Welcome email after registering for an EMX.
After registering for the event, you will receive a Welcome Email with a packing list including any camping equipment or bedding you will need to pack.
We capture photo & video on our weekends to help normalize healthy masculinity. We have a consent discussion with all participants on our weekends and honor any man's choice to not be photographed or filmed.
