Would you like to walk together through Kagurazaka, one of Tokyo’s most atmospheric neighborhoods, where stone-paved alleys and traditional backstreets remain? It’s a unique area where old Tokyo charm meets modern cafés and restaurants, making it one of the city’s most popular walking destinations.

We’ll start by meeting at a café!
You can enjoy international meetups and English conversation in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. First-time participants and solo guests are very welcome 😊

After getting to know each other, we’ll walk toward Kagurazaka. On the way, we will also visit Tokyo Daijingu, often called the “Ise Shrine of Tokyo,” famous for blessings of love and relationships.
Then we begin our walk through Kagurazaka itself.

Kagurazaka is a beloved area where traditional Tokyo atmosphere blends with modern culture. It is especially known for its narrow alleys and hidden backstreets—just stepping off the main road feels like traveling back in time to old Tokyo.

Stone-paved paths, hidden izakaya, red lanterns, and long-established restaurants line the streets, offering a truly unique local Tokyo atmosphere ✨

While exploring the alleys, you can experience the charm of Tokyo’s local nightlife and Japan’s unique backstreet culture.

At the end of the event, those who wish can join for a casual drink together 🍶🍢

Relax in a cozy café atmosphere while enjoying English conversation and international exchange. Before departure, participants will have a chance to introduce themselves, so even first-time attendees can quickly feel comfortable!

Tokyo Daijingu is often called the “Ise Shrine of Tokyo” and is well known as a shrine for love and matchmaking.
It enshrines deities from the Ise Grand Shrine and is widely visited by people seeking romantic fulfillment and good relationships. Despite being in the heart of the city, it has a calm, peaceful atmosphere, and in the evening it becomes a beautifully lit, almost magical space.

📍 Kagurazaka (6:00 PM)
Kagurazaka is one of Tokyo’s most atmospheric neighborhoods, where stone-paved alleys and traditional backstreets remain. It is a unique area where old Tokyo charm blends with modern culture.

On this walk, we will explore the deeper side of Kagurazaka, including Hyogo Yokocho, Honda Yokocho, and the famous Kakurenbo Yokocho. ✨ Narrow stone-paved streets are lined with long-established restaurants, hidden bars, and small Japanese cafés, creating a feeling of stepping back in time to old Tokyo. 🏮

In particular, Kakurenbo Yokocho is one of Kagurazaka’s most iconic spots. At night, lantern lights illuminate the stone pavement, creating a refined and atmospheric streetscape. Let’s enjoy a more local side of Kagurazaka, different from typical tourist areas!

- This event is not a guided tour.
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
-If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

まずはカフェに集合！
英会話や国際交流を楽しみながら、リラックスした雰囲気で自然に交流できます。初参加・お一人参加でも安心してご参加いただけるイベントです😊

交流を楽しんだ後は、神楽坂方面へ徒歩で移動します。途中、「東京大神宮」にも立ち寄ります。“東京のお伊勢さま”とも呼ばれ、縁結びで有名な神社です。

そして、いよいよ神楽坂の街歩きへ。
神楽坂は、昔ながらの東京の風情とモダンなカルチャーが共存する人気エリアです。特に細い路地や横丁が有名で、一本入るだけでまるで昔の東京にタイムスリップしたような景色が広がります。

石畳の小道、隠れ家のような居酒屋、赤提灯、老舗の飲食店など、歩くだけでも神楽坂ならではの雰囲気を楽しめます✨

横丁を巡りながら、東京のローカルな夜の魅力や、日本独特の路地文化を体験しましょう！

イベントの最後は、希望者で軽く飲みに行くのもOK🍶🍢

伊勢神宮の神々を祀っており、恋愛成就や良縁祈願を目的に多くの参拝者が訪れます。都会の中心にありながら落ち着いた雰囲気が広がり、夜には柔らかな灯りに包まれた幻想的な空間を楽しむことができます。

神楽坂は、石畳の路地や横丁が今も残る、東京でも特に風情ある人気エリアです。昔ながらの東京の雰囲気と、モダンなカルチャーが共存しています。

今回は、兵庫横丁、本多横丁、かくれんぼ横丁など、神楽坂らしいディープな路地裏を散策します。✨石畳の細い道には、老舗料亭や隠れ家バー、小さな和カフェが並び、まるで昔の東京に迷い込んだような雰囲気を楽しめます。🏮

特に「かくれんぼ横丁」は、神楽坂を代表する人気スポット。夜には灯りが石畳を照らし、風情あふれる大人の街並みを味わえます。観光地とは少し違う、“ローカルな神楽坂”を一緒に楽しみましょう！
