In this event, you can casually enjoy a real Japanese school “UNDOKAI” in an international exchange style! ✨

When you hear “sports day,” you might imagine serious athletic competition—but don’t worry 😊

This event is designed so that anyone can join and have fun, with light, game-based activities and events that don’t require strong physical ability.

For example…
🏃 Relay-style games
🤝 “Daruma-san ga Koronda” (Red Light, Green Light)
🎯 Team-based mini games

All activities are beginner-friendly and perfect for first-time participants and international guests!

In addition, all games are team-based, but you do NOT need to participate in every activity. Some games are run with representative players, so you are free to skip anything you are not comfortable with.

Even if you just want to enjoy socializing, you are more than welcome! 🌸

We will also have a relaxed picnic-style social time during the event 🧺✨
Feel free to bring snacks and drinks, and enjoy natural conversations with participants from Japan and all over the world in a laid-back atmosphere.

🏅 Three-Legged Race
Pair up with a partner, tie your legs together, and run to the finish line in sync!
🏅 Relay Race
A classic team race where speed and teamwork make all the difference.
🏅 Dizzy Bat Game
Spin around a bat several times and try to run straight—it's harder than it sounds!
🏅 Ball Toss Game
Work as a team to throw balls into a basket and score points.
🏅 Balloon Carry Race
Carry a balloon between two people without dropping it—communication is key!
🏅 Typhoon Eye Game
Run in a team holding a pole and circle cones like the eye of a typhoon.
🏅 Red Light Green Light
Move when “Green Light” is called and freeze when “Red Light” is called!

🏃‍♂️ About the Picnic
- This event is open to participants aged 15 to 39 years old
- While we will do our best to ensure everyone’s safety, participation is at your own risk, including any injuries or other troubles
- Please bring anything you think you may need for sports or physical activities
- Please bring your own drinks and some snacks to share with others.
- You’re welcome to buy items along the way if needed.
- Please refrain from consuming any food or drinks you bring inside the cafe.
- Picnic sheets will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

🏃‍♂️ Important Notes
- Last order for drinks is 30 minutes before departure.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional 500 JPY will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Joining the event after departure is not possible.
- Registration is not available after arriving at the café on the day of the event.
- This meetup will conclude at the destination.
- If there are fewer than three participants on the day or in case of severe weather, the event will be canceled. However, you are still welcome to visit the café and enjoy our various meetups.
- If you wish to leave the group early, please inform the organizer.

* A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies

- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.

👉 誰でも気軽に参加できる競技を、チーム対抗形式で楽しみます！

日本の学校文化を代表する「運動会」を、東京のど真ん中で体験してみませんか？

今回のイベントでは、日本の学校で実際に行われる運動会を、国際交流スタイルで気軽に楽しめます！✨

「運動会」と聞くと本格的なスポーツをイメージするかもしれませんが、ご安心ください😊
今回は、誰でも気軽に参加できるゲーム系競技や、体力に自信がなくても楽しめる種目をたくさん用意しています！

たとえば…
🏃 リレー系ゲーム
🤝 だるまさんが転んだ
🎯 チーム対抗ミニゲーム
など、初参加の方や外国人の方でも楽しめる内容です！

さらに、競技はチーム対抗形式で行いますが、すべての競技に参加する必要はありません。代表者制の競技もあるため、苦手な種目は無理に参加しなくてもOK！
「交流メインで楽しみたい」という方も大歓迎です🌸

また、イベント中はピクニックスタイルでゆったり交流も楽しみます🧺✨
お菓子やドリンクを持ち寄りながら、リラックスした雰囲気の中で、日本人・外国人問わず世界中の参加者と自然に交流できます。

🏃‍♂️ 運動会について
- 15歳から39歳の方を対象としたイベントとなります
- 安全には十分配慮して運営いたしますが、怪我を含む全てのトラブルにつきましては自己責任でのご参加をお願いします
- 運動に必要と思われるものは各自ご持参ください
- ドリンクと、みんなでシェアできるお菓子をお持ちください。
- 途中での買い出しも可能です。
- お持ち込みいただいた飲食物のカフェ内でのご飲食はご遠慮ください。
- レジャーシートはご用意しておりますが、ご持参も歓迎です。

🏃‍♂️ ご注意
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発の30分前となります。
- ドリンクのご注文がない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- 出発後の途中参加はできません。
- 当日、カフェ到着後のお申し込みはできません。
- 目的地にて現地解散となります。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天時は中止となりますが、その際はカフェにて午後4時40分名まで各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退席の際は、オーガナイザーへお知らせください
