The Japanese tea ceremony is a traditional cultural experience centered around preparing and enjoying matcha green tea.
In this event, you’ll learn the basics of the tea ceremony, see how matcha is prepared, and enjoy a cup of matcha yourself. 🍵🌿

🍵 Japanese Tea Ceremony
The tea ceremony is a traditional part of Japanese culture.
You will learn how to make matcha green tea and enjoy drinking it. 🍵✨
You can experience Japanese culture and have fun with other people at the same time! 🇯🇵
🍵 Traditional Japanese Cultural Experiences
You can also enjoy free cultural experiences such as calligraphy, making onigiri (rice balls), and creating pressed-flower bookmarks.
🍵 International Meetups
We will also be hosting several international exchange meetups throughout the event. When you're not participating in the cultural activities above, you're welcome to join any of the meetups. It's a great opportunity to meet local Japanese people and people from around the world while discovering diverse cultures and perspectives.

💡 Fees
Participation Fee: *FREE* (Regardless of nationality or gender)
- Entry and exit are free, and you are welcome to attend at any time
- One drink order is required (from 500 JPY)
- Second drink and onwards: discounted price (from 300 JPY)
- Alcohol (from 500 JPY), light meal (from 100 JPY)
- A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies
- Payment is cash only

- This meetup group is for members only. To be a member, you have to read and understand the "Rule Book" and agree to its contents.
- Please check the "Information" and "Rule Book" from the links below, and then click the “Attend” button on this page.
