Enjoy an exciting variety of activities across the campus, including spectacular student performances, live music, dance shows, and food stalls! 🎤💃🍡🎶

☕ Meet at the Café First!
We’ll start by joining the international exchange meetup at the café, where you can enjoy conversations in English and Japanese.
Before we leave, we’ll set up a special table for walking participants so everyone can get to know each other. Even if you’re joining for the first time or coming alone, you’ll have a chance to connect with others and enjoy chatting throughout the walk!

After leaving the café, we’ll take the subway to Waseda University to explore Wasedasai, its famous university festival.

Wasedasai is an annual event that fills Waseda University’s campus with energy and excitement! 🎉 Enjoy a wide range of activities, from spectacular stage performances and live music to dance shows and food stalls. 🎤💃🍡🎶

Come experience this special festival, bursting with the passion and energy of Waseda’s students! 🎓🔥 As we explore the campus together, we’ll discover the unique atmosphere of Japanese university festivals and enjoy everything Waseda has to offer! 🌏🥳

📍 ENGLISH ONLY CAFE (12:10–2:00 PM)
Start by joining our international meetup at the café, where you can enjoy casual conversations in both Japanese and English.
Before we head out, we’ll have a table just for walking participants so you can get to know each other and connect before the walk. This makes it easy for first-time and solo participants to feel comfortable and enjoy chatting with everyone throughout the walk!

🚇 Take the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line from Takebashi Station to Waseda Station (8 min · IC: ¥178 / Ticket: ¥180)

📍 Waseda Festival (2:20 PM)
Waseda Festival is one of Japan’s largest university festivals! 🎉 Enjoy a wide variety of activities, including exciting student stage performances, live music, dance shows, and food stalls. Experience the lively atmosphere of this iconic university festival, bustling with energy and visitors! 🎶🌏

We plan to explore the festival together as a group. However, as large crowds are expected, we may adjust our plans flexibly depending on the situation, such as setting a specific time for free exploration.

From this point onward, you are free to explore on your own. Regular festival activities end at 5:00 PM, but the Ending Festival will take place from 5:15 PM to 5:55 PM.

🏺 Important Notes
- This is not a guided tour.
- Please arrive by the "Departure Time". You cannot join the event after departure.
- The last order for drinks is 30 minutes before the departure time.
- If you do not order a drink, an additional ¥500 will be charged on top of the participation fee.
- Same-day registration is allowed before entering the café, but not after.
- The event will be canceled if fewer than three people are attending or in case of severe weather. In such cases, you are welcome to join one of our various events at the cafe instead.
- If you leave the event early, please let the organizer know.

Participation Fee: 300 JPY (Regardless of nationality or gender)
- One drink order is required (from 500 JPY)
- 2nd drink and onwards: discounted price (from 300 JPY)
- Alcohol (from 500 JPY), light meal (from 100 JPY)
- A one-time “Member Passport” issuance fee of 100 JPY applies
- Payment is cash only

☕ まずはカフェに集合！
まずはカフェで開催されている国際交流会に参加し、日本語や英語での会話を楽しみましょう。
出発前にはウォーキング参加者用のテーブルを設け、親睦を深めてから出発するので、初参加やお一人でも自然に打ち解け、ウォーキング中も楽しく交流できます！

カフェを出発した後は、地下鉄で早稲田にある早稲田大学へ向かい、学園祭「早稲田祭」を楽しみます。

早稲田祭は、早稲田大学のキャンパスが熱気と活気に包まれる、年に一度のビッグイベント！🎉 学生たちによる迫力満点のステージパフォーマンスや音楽ライブ、ダンス、模擬店など、多彩な企画が楽しめます。🎤💃🍡🎶

早稲田の学生たちの情熱とエネルギーがあふれる特別なお祭りを、みんなで体験してみませんか？🎓🔥 会場を散策しながら、日本の大学祭ならではの雰囲気やキャンパス文化に触れ、早稲田祭の魅力を満喫しましょう！🌏🥳

原則として皆さんで一緒に回りますが、大変な混雑が予想されるため、時間を決めて自由行動にするなど、状況に応じて柔軟に対応いたします。

ここからは自由行動となります。お祭りの通常企画は17:00までですが、Ending Festivalは17:15〜17:55まで開催されます。

- 本イベントはガイドツアーではありません。
- 『出発時刻』までにお越しください。出発後の途中参加はできません。
- ドリンクのラストオーダーは、出発時刻の30分前です。
- ドリンクをご注文されない場合は、参加費に加えて500円を頂戴いたします。
- カフェ到着後の当日申込みはできません。
- 当日の参加者が3名未満の場合や荒天の場合は、中止となります。その際は、カフェで各種交流会をお楽しみいただけますので、ぜひカフェまでお越しください。
- 途中退出される場合は、オーガナイザーにお知らせください。
