and initiatives with a wide range of experience working for multi-national organisations across industries in Asia, USA and the UK. In 2003, she founded Price Global, a change agent specialising in Diversity and Inclusion, Developing People and Wellness. Suzanne is based in Tokyo providing services throughout Asia Pacific. In 2012, she received the British Business Award for Entrepreneur of the Year from the British Chamber of Commerce in Japan.

She began her professional career with 12 years as a Clinical Mental Health Professional and Psychotherapist in her native UK as well as in Japan, USA and Australia. Suzanne transitioned into organisational development in 1999 while living and working in New York City, adapting her application of Gestalt Psychology into coaching, group facilitation, and training.

Suzanne also served as Head of Diversity and Inclusion at UBS Securities, Japan, from 2005-2010, where she set benchmark numbers for the number of women in senior positions; the number of people with disabilities; and all other diverse groups, compared with competitors in Japan. During Suzanne’s time at UBS, the company was ranked one of the top 100 companies for Japanese women by Nikkei Women’s Magazine; and ranked second in the Hewitt Best Employer in Japan and Top 20 Hewitt Best Employer in Asia awards. She served as an in-house consultant to Global Leadership and Diversity at Goldman Sachs, Asia in 2011. She continues to consult with Diversity and Inclusion leaders and committees and guides employee engagement strategy for multi-national companies.

As a facilitator and executive coach Suzanne’s methodology is highly experiential and is based on a solid, practical background in applied psychology and how change happens. As a consultant, she is unique in that she has led D&I and Employee Engagement strategy both internally and externally with a variety of industries..

Suzanne serves on the board for The Association of Women in Finance in Japan.
