FT 106: Blockchain and Distributed ledger

In this volume, our guest speaker, Mune, will talk about blockchain technology and its potential applications.

Mune will also dispel the prevailing misconception of using blockchain, distributed ledger and shared ledger interchangeably.

Bio:

Mune is the first employee R3 Japan. For the last 10 months, he has been working tirelessly helping R3 expand its footprint in Japan. In this capacity he is project manager, partner manager, business development manager, translator, etc. He recently gave a 15 min talk at BOJ Fintech Forum.

Priori to R3, Mune has worked with Hitachi consulting for 10 years, focusing on Finance and IT projects.

Outside of his work , he is obsessed with photography, especially of his new born son.
