In this meet we discuss your rights when dealing with the Japanese Police. Despite myths on the internet that the Japanese police are all powerful and you must cede all your rights when dealing or confronted by them, you do have powerful rights.

Whist being stopped to produce your Immigration Card is the most common occurrence, need to know your rights in other more serious situations too.
