Fuji Rockers

This is the event for the pre-party where we'll hopefully get to know each other and make some new friends :)

We'll meet at 5:30 PM at Hachiko in Shibuya and head out to the restaurant from there. Please try to be on time as it may be difficult to find the restaurant if you're not with us.

If you RSVP but you cannot attend, PLEASE be sure to update your RSVP. It's very important that we have an accurate headcount, especially when I make the reservation, as food will be pre-paid.

I will make a reservation once I have a good idea of how many will be attending.

Food and drinks will be ordered with the reservation according to a set menu. The total should be about 5000 JPY with all you can drink for 2 hours. More food can be ordered and in the end, we will all split the check evenly. This is the typical way for group meals in Japan.

If you're wait-listed, please contact me and/or come to Shibuya anyway - there will be people who don't show so chances are you may be able to join anyway.
