Explore Shibuya - Free to attend - Just a chill evening out

Hey guys, I have some friends in town from the US and will be showing them around Shibuya this evening. We'll grab some dinner and then go out for some fun around the area.

It's a free to attend and event and just a chill night out with some random people. We'll meet around 7:30p and then head off to dinner. The location will depend on how many people are with us. After that we'll head to some local bars in the area - some being foreigner haunts and some being a little more hidden gems. People are welcome to come and go as they please.
