👋🏻Meet our speaker:
Rusana Talybova, a UX Researcher
Hey! I’m Rusana — a Senior UX Researcher by profession and a people person by nature.
With experience across both academia and business, my core strength lies in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Over the years, I’ve led 60+ projects across four global markets (USA, EEA, LATAM, and APAC), working in both B2B and B2C contexts. I’ve helped startups and large organizations launch new products, expand into new markets, and improve existing features.
Alongside my research work, I’ve mentored 8+ Designers, Customer Support Specialists, and Product Managers, helping them turn broad research questions into actionable strategies and integrate UX and Market Research into their day-to-day work.
I believe UX Research works best when it’s treated as a tool for informed decision-making, not just validation. And when we do that, we create space for real understanding — of users, of teams, and of ourselves.
