インドの方が大勢住む西葛西恒例のイベントで、インドの光の祭典「ディワリ」をお祝いします。
ステージにてインド伝統舞踊や音楽のパフォーマンス、インドの食（インドカレー・スイーツ）の提供、インドバザールでの物品販売（ディワリならではのプレゼント用品・ファッション用品）、インド関連の情報発信を行います。豪華賞品があたる「くじ」の販売もあります！
