We're hosting an International Doubles Tournament where players of all backgrounds come together for high-level match play, fun competition, and a unique community vibe. Whether you’re a regular on the court or looking for a fresh challenge, this is your chance to partner up, compete, and enjoy the game in one of Tokyo’s top tennis venues.

Arrive early to check in and hit the courts for a light warm-up before matches begin.
🕑 2:00pm - 6:00pm : Tournament !
Let the games begin! Team up and compete in a fun, international-style doubles tournament! You’ll play multiple matches, connect with new players, and enjoy a great afternoon of tennis.
🕕 6:00pm : Wrap-up & prizes
We’ll finish the day by announcing the winners and handing out some fun prizes — so bring your A-game and team spirit!

- Level: Ad beginner ~ Intermediate
( Must be able to rally, serve, and play full matches )
- Open to men and women

👥 Format
- 8 Teams | 2 Courts
- Round Robin style: 2 groups of 4 teams
- Each team will play 3 matches within their group
- Matches are first to 6 games, using no-ad scoring
- The top team from each group advances to the Final
- Every player is guaranteed at least 3 matches
🏆 Final match decides the champions — so bring your best game!

Both 1st and 2nd place teams will take home prizes!

⚠️ Policy
1. Registration & Payment
- Spots are limited and will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please check availability before booking, as we have participants from multiple groups.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable / 100% of the fee will be charged.
- No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.
3. Weather Policy
- In case of rain or unsafe conditions, the event may be postponed, shortened, or adjusted.
- You will be notified by 11:00 AM on the day of the event via your registered contact method.
- If the event is canceled due to weather, reschedule will be offered.
4. Player Conduct
- All participants are expected to show respect, sportsmanship, and fair play.
- Aggressive, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Follow all court rules and respect the venue staff.
5. Tournament Format
- Format and match length may be adjusted depending on weather, player fitness, or time constraints.
- Coaches and organizers have final say on scheduling, scoring disputes, and rule adjustments.
6. Health & Safety
- Please bring appropriate sports gear, tennis shoes, water, and any personal medication.
- You are responsible for your own health and fitness to participate.
- Minor first aid is available; serious medical concerns should be disclosed in advance.
7. Photography & Social Media
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use.
- If you do not wish to appear in any media, please let us know at check-in.
