# IM 10th Anniversary Farm Day | サンバファーム農業ボランティア

Let's put 10 years of fitness to good use!
We're heading out of Tokyo to Sanba Farm in Chiba, a vegetable farm that has been connected with the Intensity Matters community for the past decade.
They grow some of the most amazing vegetables and always could use a helping hand. We'll spend the day getting our hands dirty, helping out in whatever way Farmer Shinya needs that day, enjoying some fresh air, and doing a different kind of workout!
No farming experience necessary. Just a willingness to pitch in, get a little dirty, and enjoy the day with good people.

Date: Saturday, November 28
Time: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Sanba Farm, Sanbu City, Chiba
Bring: Clothes and shoes suitable for farm work, gloves, water, and anything else you need for a day outdoors.

IMで10年間鍛えてきた体を、今度は農作業に活かしましょう！

今回は東京を飛び出して、千葉県山武市にあるサンバファームへ！IMコミュニティと10年来のお付き合いがある野菜農園です。
サンバファームでは、本当に美味しい野菜を育てています。そして、農作業はいつでも人手があると助かるもの！
当日は、農家のシンヤさんが必要としている作業をみんなでお手伝いします。土に触れ、新鮮な空気を吸いながら、いつもとは違う形で体を動かしましょう！
農業経験は必要ありません。ちょっと汚れる覚悟と、みんなで楽しく協力する気持ちがあれば十分です！

日時： 11月28日（土）8:00〜16:00
場所： 千葉県山武市・サンバファーム
持ち物： 汚れてもいい服装、農作業に適した靴、手袋、飲み物など
