📢 Update
Although rain is in the forecast, the session is currently planned to go ahead as scheduled.

Light rain of around 1 mm per hour is expected during our playing time. The court may be more slippery than usual, so please take extra care and play safely.

Please note that the futsal court management may decide to cancel the booking at 9:30 AM (one hour before our 10:30 AM booking) if the weather is too severe.
If the booking is canceled, we'll let everyone know as soon as we receive the notice.

普段よりコートが滑りやすくなる可能性がありますので、安全には十分気をつけてプレーしてください。

なお、施設側がコート利用開始（10:30）の1時間前、9:30の時点で荒天と判断した場合は、施設の判断でキャンセルとなります。
その場合は、施設から連絡が入り次第、すぐに皆さんへお知らせします。

INTER TOKYO Futsal Meetup ⚽ (日本語は英語の下にあります)

We host casual international futsal games in Ikebukuro where people can stay active, meet new friends, and enjoy playing together in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We limit the event to a maximum of 14 players, so everyone can enjoy proper 5v5 games!
If all 14 spots are filled, the remaining four players will rotate in and out as substitutes (two players from each side at a time).
With very little waiting time, you’ll get plenty of chances to play.
※Even if we have slightly fewer than 10 participants, we will still hold the event — for example, by playing 5 vs. 4 with an advantage for the 4-player team, or 4 vs. 4.

Everyone is welcome regardless of nationality, gender, or experience level 🌟

⏰ Schedule
10:00AM — Arrival at reception ⚠️ / Changing
10:20 ~ 10:30 — Gather next to the court / Stretching & warm-up preparation
10:30 ~ 12:00— Games (including a short warm-up at the beginning)
12:00 ~ 12:30 — Shower / Changing
12:30 — Dismissal
⚠️ The futsal court is located on the rooftop, while the reception and changing rooms are on the 6th floor.
Please check in at the reception first before going up to the court.

💴 Participation Fee
¥3,000 per person
The participation fee helps cover the futsal court rental and event organization costs.
Please pay the organizer in cash or via PayPay before the games begin.

👟 What to Bring

• Sportswear
• Towel
• Non-spike futsal or indoor shoes
• Water

⚠️ Since the court uses artificial turf, spike shoes are not allowed.
Rental shoes are available for ¥660.
If you would like to rent shoes, please ask at the reception and pay them directly.

❗ Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty for canceling, but we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know as early as possible.
The event may be canceled if:

• There are not enough players to properly play futsal
• Bad weather is expected

If the event is canceled, participants will be notified by 23:59 on the day before the event.

参加人数を最大14名に設定しているので、MAX 5対5でしっかりゲームを楽しめます！
待ち時間がなく、たくさんプレイできます。
定員の14名に達した場合は、プレーしていない4名が交代要員となり、各チーム2名ずつ交代で出場します。
※参加者が10人に少し満たない場合でも、イベントは開催します。
例えば、4人チームにハンデを付けた5対4、4対4など、調整しながら行います。

体を動かしながら、新しい友達を作ったり、フレンドリーで居心地の良い雰囲気の中で一緒にフットサルをしましょう！
国籍・性別・経験レベルを問わず、どなたでも大歓迎です 🌟

🚿シャワールームは男性更衣室に２つ、女性更衣室に１つあります。

⏰ スケジュール
10:00AM — 受付集合 ⚠️ / 着替え
10:20 ~ 10:30 — コート横集合 / ストレッチ・ウォームアップ準備
10:30 ~ 12:00 — 試合（冒頭にウォームアップを含む）
12:00 ~ 12:30 — シャワー / 着替え
12:30 — 解散
⚠️ フットサルコートは屋上にありますが、受付と更衣室は6階です。
まず6階の受付でチェックインを済ませてから、コートへお上がりください。

💴 参加費
1人 ¥3,000
参加費は、コートレンタル代およびイベント運営費に充てられます。
試合開始前に、現金またはPayPayで主催者へお支払いください。

👟 持ち物

• スポーツウェア
• タオル
• スパイクではないフットサルシューズ / 室内シューズ
• 飲み物

⚠️ コートは人工芝のため、スパイクシューズは禁止です。
レンタルシューズ（¥660）も利用可能です。
レンタルをご希望の方は、受付で直接お申し込み・お支払いをお願いします。

❗ キャンセルについて
キャンセル料はありませんが、参加登録後に参加できなくなってしまった場合は、できるだけ早めにご連絡いただけると助かります。
以下の場合、イベントが中止になる可能性があります：

• フットサルができる人数に達しない場合
• 悪天候が予想される場合

イベントが中止となる場合は、前日の23:59までに参加者へご連絡いたします。
