• 📩 First-time participants must send me a private message one day before the event to confirm participation
• ❌ If you cancel on the day or don’t show up, a no-show flag will be added to your account
• 🚫 If you receive 3 or more no-show flags, other members will be given priority to join future sessions
• ⛔ Repeated no-shows or absences may result in removal from JTT

Hello everyone,
We’re Joy Tennis Tokyo!
Let’s enjoy practicing and playing tennis together.

• 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Level: Beginner-Intermediate to Advanced
  ※ Beginner-Intermediate level means: Able to rally at a slower pace with some consistency.
  (Don’t worry too much — this is just a guideline to help make sure everyone can enjoy playing together)
• 👥 Max participants: 6 people per court (excluding the organizer)
• 💰 Fee: ¥1500 per person
  → ¥2,000 per person if there are 4 or fewer players per court(excluding the organizer)
• 💳 Payment: on the day (Cash/PayPay)
• Court surface: Artificial grass with sand (Omni Court)

🟢 Format:

• Light warm-up together
• One-on-one rally session with Riad (everyone takes turns)
  ※ Rally from the baseline
  ※ Volley & Stroke
• Doubles games
• If the number of players is low, we will play Singles

• 🚉 Nearest stations: Inadazutsumi Station (JR Nambu Line)
  ※🚶 16 min walk from the station
• 🚻 Facilities: Restrooms (with showers) and vending machines available.

🟡 Cancellation Policy

• 🚫 Please do not cancel on the day or the day before the event
• ❌ Same-day cancellations or no-shows may affect your future participation priority.
• ⛔ Repeated no-shows will result in participation restrictions.

🌧 In case of rain:
We’ll let you know in the comments 1-2 hours before the event if it’s cancelled.
(☔ The event may still be held in the case of light rain)

🎾 Court Manners

• If a ball goes to another court, please wait for the point in play to finish before picking it up.
• Try not to walk or run behind any court while a point is in play — it helps everyone stay focused and safe.
• If a serve is clearly out, just let it go or tap it into the net instead of hitting it back.
• Before serving, please call the score out clearly so everyone’s on the same page.
• It’s a good idea to have two balls ready before starting your serve.
• Make sure to call balls in or out clearly — a simple “out” or a hand signal works great.

• Racket rental: ¥500 (If you need a rental racket, let me know in advance)
• Restringing: ¥3000 (including strings) — recommended every 3 months
• Overgrip replacement: ¥200 — recommended monthly
