Every convenience store near the station will be crowded, so please buy your food and drink at your local station in advance.

And please come as early as possible because the train will be late and phone will be busy. Last year, even the LINE cannot be connected.

＜Meeting Point＆Time＞
Family Mart Kanamachi store at JR Kanamachi South exit (金町駅南口) station of JR Joban Line at 18:30AM
（Joban Line connects to Chiyoda Metro Line.）
Train reference : Ootemachi---- Kanamachi

＜Participation fee＞５００yen. pay it at the day for cash.

＜In case of rain＞
This event will be cancelled if weather forecast is rainy.

＜How to join＞
After you make your RSVP 'Yes', please send the following 1) to 2) to organizer via meet up message function.

1. Name 2) phone number
   Please send your LINE ID, if you like to call to/from organizer.
   Maybe the phone will not be useful, because of the many users at the festival.

Please take care of your attend status. NO Show is prohibited!!

Sometimes there is a fresh member who push the 'Attend' bottum but not send 1) & 2) information. And some members push 'Attend' bottum by mistake. I cannot distinguish which case it is. So , please make sure to send me 1) & 2) info.

駅周辺のコンビニは非常に混雑しますので、食べ物や飲み物は事前に地元の駅で購入しておいてください。
また、できるだけ早めに来てください。
当日は電車が遅れたり、携帯電話がつながりにくくなったりします。
昨年は、LINEでさえ接続できませんでした。
