Fall Color Walk in Ogikubo (Easy)／荻窪もみじ狩

Have a blast with fall color. Otaguro Park is a lovely layout, with viewing pavilions, stone bridges, a pond, a waterfall, and a variety of color. The main path leading to the Japanese garden – lined with century-old ginkgo trees – glows in vibrant yellow, while the garden’s fiery red maples are illuminated and mirrored on the still pond, creating picture-perfect photo ops at night.
☆Meeting Time/Place: 17:00 JR Chuo Line Ogikubo Station East Ticket Gate
☆Course: Ogikubo Station North Exit - Amanuma Overpass - Aurora Monument - Gandhi Statue - Otaguro Park - Ogikubo Station
Walking Time: About half an hour (less than 2km).

樹齢100年を超えるイチョウ並木を始め、ケヤキ、アカマツなどの樹木と新潟・小千谷の鯉が泳ぐ池、茶室などがある大田黒公園で紅葉を愛でながら昭和の歴史に思いをはせてみませんか。今回は夜間に訪れ、園内を幻想的に照らしだすライトアップで写真映えする景色を楽しみましょう。
☆集合時間と場所：17:00　JR中央線荻窪駅東改札口
☆コース：荻窪駅北口 → 天沼陸橋 → オーロラの碑 → ガンジー像 → 大田黒公園 → 荻窪駅
歩く時間は半時間(2km弱)です。
