この度は、スーパークロッキー会にご興味をお持ちいただき、誠にありがとうございます。当日のご参加にあたり、いくつかご案内がございます。
* イーゼルは24台ほどのご用意があります。カルトンの代わりになる薄い木の板もあります。数に限りがございます。クリップはご持参ください。
* 水彩などの画材をご使用になる際は、最後に床面等の汚れが無いかチェックして頂き、必要な場合は各自清掃をお願いいたします。
* 会場の都合上、ゴミ箱がございません。ゴミは各自でお持ち帰りください。
* 本クロッキー会では、講師による指導はございません。ご自身のペースで自由にお取り組みください。
* 準備の都合上、当日のキャンセルは極力お控えいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

万が一、予期せぬアクシデントによりモデルが来場できなかった場合は、以下のいずれかの対応を取らせていただきます。
① **参加費のご返金** 大変申し訳ございませんが、お支払いいただいた参加費を返金いたします。ただし交通費につきましてはご容赦いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
② **有志の方による交代モデル** モデルをしても良いよという方がいらっしゃいましたら、交代で5分～10分程度のポーズをお願いさせて頂きます(着衣のみ)(無理にお願いする事はありません)。モデルはせずにクロッキー会に引き続き参加する方も大歓迎です。モデルとしてご協力いただいた方には、お時間に見合った謝礼をお支払いいたします。

In the unlikely event that a model is unable to attend due to an unforeseen accident, we will take one of the following measures. (1) **Refund of participation fee** We are very sorry, but we will refund the participation fee you have paid. However, we ask for your understanding in respect of transport costs. If anyone is willing to model, we will ask you to take turns to pose for 5-10 minutes (clothed only) (we will not force you to do so). Those who continue to participate in the croquis session without modelling are also welcome. Those who help us as models will be paid an honorarium commensurate with their time.
