* イーゼルは24台ほどのご用意があります。カルトンの代わりになる薄い木の板もあります。数に限りがございます。クリップはご持参ください。
* 水彩などの画材をご使用になる際は、最後に床面等の汚れが無いかチェックして頂き、必要な場合は各自清掃をお願いいたします。
* 本クロッキー会では、講師による指導はございません。ご自身のペースで自由にお取り組みください。
* 会場の都合上、ゴミ箱がございません。ゴミは各自でお持ち帰りください。
* 準備の都合上、当日のキャンセルは極力お控えいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

万が一、予期せぬアクシデントによりモデルが来場できなかった場合は、以下のいずれかの対応を取らせていただきます。
① **参加費のご返金** 大変申し訳ございませんが、お支払いいただいた参加費を返金いたします。ただし交通費につきましてはご容赦いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

② **有志の方による交代モデル** モデルをしても良いよという方がいらっしゃいましたら、交代で5分～10分程度のポーズをお願いさせて頂きます(着衣のみ)(無理にお願いする事はありません)。モデルはせずにクロッキー会に引き続き参加する方も大歓迎です。モデルとしてご協力いただいた方には、お時間に見合った謝礼をお支払いいたします。

Thank you very much for your interest in the Super Crocky Club.
We have a few announcements regarding your participation on the day.
* There are approximately 24 easels available. There are also thin wooden boards that can be used as substitutes for cartons. These are limited in number. Please bring your own clips.
* When using watercolours or other art supplies, please check the floor and other surfaces for any stains at the end and clean them up if necessary.
* There will be no instruction from the instructor at this croquis meeting. Please feel free to work at your own pace.
* Due to venue restrictions, there are no trash bins. Please take your trash home with you.
* Due to preparation constraints, we kindly ask that you avoid cancelling on the day of the event as much as possible.

In the unlikely event that the model is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will take one of the following measures.
① **Refund of participation fee** We sincerely apologise, but we will refund the participation fee you have paid. However, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding transportation expenses.

② **Volunteer substitute model** If there are any volunteers willing to pose as a model, we will ask them to take turns posing for approximately 5–10 minutes(clothed only) (we will not force anyone to participate). Those who wish to continue participating in the sketching session without posing as a model are also welcome. Those who assist as models will be compensated appropriately for their time.

We will do our best to ensure that everyone can enjoy the sketching session with peace of mind.🤝
