この度は、スーパークロッキー会にご興味をお持ちいただき、誠にありがとうございます。
当日のご参加にあたり、いくつかご案内がございます。
* イーゼルは24台ほどのご用意があります。数に限りがございますが、カルトンの代わりになる薄い木の板もあります。クリップはご持参ください。
* 水彩などの画材をご使用になる際は、最後に床面等の汚れが無いかチェックして頂き、必要な場合は各自清掃をお願いいたします。
* 本クロッキー会では、講師による指導はございません。ご自身のペースで自由にお取り組みください。
* 準備の都合上、当日のキャンセルは極力お控えいただけますようお願い申し上げます。
🙇[モデル不在時の対応について]🙇
万が一、予期せぬアクシデントによりモデルが来場できなかった場合は、以下のいずれかの対応を取らせていただきます。

① **参加費のご返金** 大変申し訳ございませんが、お支払いいただいた参加費を返金いたします。ただし交通費につきましてはご容赦いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

② **参加者交代モデル方式**
希望者のみ残って頂き、参加者が交代で5分～10分程度のモデル(着衣)を務めるクロッキー会に変更させて頂きます。
参加費は￥1000です。
皆様に安心してクロッキーをお楽しみいただけるよう、努めてまいります。

📌**[For All Participants]📌
Thank you very much for your interest in the Super Croquis Session.

We have a few points to note regarding your participation on the day.

* Approximately 24 easels will be available. While limited in number, thin wooden boards serving as substitutes for cartons are also provided. Please bring your own clips.

* When using watercolours or similar art supplies, please check afterwards that the floor or other surfaces are clean. If necessary, please clean up after yourself.

* This croquis session does not include instruction from an instructor. Please work freely at your own pace.

* Due to preparation requirements, we kindly ask that you avoid cancelling on the day if possible.

🙇[Response in the Event of Model Absence]**🙇
Should the model be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, we will implement one of the following measures:

① **Refund of Participation Fee** We sincerely apologise and will refund the participation fee paid. However, we kindly request your understanding regarding travel expenses.

② **Participant-as-Model System**
For those wishing to remain, the session will be changed to a croquis session where participants take turns modelling (fully clothed) for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. The participation fee is ¥1000.

We will strive to ensure everyone can enjoy croquis sketching with peace of mind.
