Kick for a Cause is a beginner-friendly karate fundraising event.
Learn karate! Meet new people! Support a meaningful cause!
The event begins with a one-hour karate workshop led in English by an experienced instructor followed by a short introduction to the charity.
- No experience necessary
- No Japanese required
- Come solo or with friends
Kick for a Cause aims to create a meaningful social experience that encourages cultural exchange, community connection, and awareness through an activity that feels engaging, approachable, and purposeful. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about how they can support the charity beyond the event, including joining a community clean-up in Kabukicho the following day.
