景色の美しい代々木公園でピクニック＆スポーツを一緒に楽しみましょう！🧺
今回は「キャプテンズボール」や「モルック」などのボールスポーツを行います！
キャプテンズボールとは？
学校やキャンプ、ユースグループなどでよく遊ばれる、スピード感のある楽しいチームゲームです。
チームワーク、パス、作戦を大切にし、体のぶつかり合いはありません。
基本ルール：

1. プレイヤーは2チームに分かれます。
2. 各チームの前方には「キャプテン」がいて、椅子や台の上に立ちます。
3. ボールをキャプテンにパスし、キャプテンがキャッチすると1点。
4. ボールを持って走ることはできず、必ずチームメイトにパスします。
5. 押したり、体でぶつかることは禁止。
6. 点が入ったら、次は相手チームからプレーを再開。
7. 試合終了時に得点が多いチームが勝利です！

Come join us to play picnic and sports at the scenic Yoyogi Park! We will be playing ball sports like Captain's ball and Molkky!

Captain’s Ball is a fun, fast-paced team game often played in schools, camps, and youth groups. It encourages teamwork, passing, and strategy rather than physical contact.

### Basic Rules:

1. Players are divided into two teams.
2. Each team has a “captain” who stands on a chair (or platform) at the front of their side.
3. The objective is to pass the ball to your captain. Each successful catch by the captain scores 1 point.
4. Players cannot run with the ball — they must pass it to teammates.
5. No pushing or physical contact is allowed.
6. After each point, the ball goes to the opposing team to restart play.
7. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins.
