初級サルサダンスレッスンBeginner's Salsa Dance Lesson

サルサとはカリブ海のキューバの伝統的な音楽に基づいた音楽のジャンルとダンス。
Salsa is a dance and music style which originated from traditional Cuban music.

初級のサルサレッスンを土曜日の昼間に梅田周辺のダンススタジオで開催します。ダンスの経験もサルサ経験もなくて全然大丈夫です。

We will hold beginner's lessons in Salsa on Saturday afternoon at a dance studio in Umeda.
You don't need to have any experience in either dance or in salsa to join the lessons.

毎回のレッスンの時間割:
13:00~14:00(レッスン):ストレッチ・ウオームアップ、基礎練習、ペアワーク
14:00~15:00(練習時間・任意):音楽で自由に先生か生徒同士で踊りながらレッスンの内容を復習できる練習タイムです。※レッスンで分からなかったことも何でも相談してもらってOK!です※

The content of each session will be as follows:
13:00~14:00(lesson): stretching/warm up, basic practice, partner work
14:00~15:00(practice time): free time to dance with the other students/instructors where you can try out what we learned in the lesson. *you can ask us about anything you didn't understand during the lesson during this time*

持参物:
水
フェイスタオル
※ダンスシューズ又は上履き(あれば)
※必須ではないのですが、スタジオは土足厳禁になっていますのでご了承ください。靴下で踊るのも全然OKです！

As long you can move easily in the clothes you wear, feel free to whatever you'd like for the lesson.
Things you might want to bring:
Bottle of water
Face towel
Dance shoes/indoor shoes*
*Optional but just be aware street shoes are not allowed in the studio (dancing in socks is totally okay though!)
