On International Women’s Day, join us for an exciting event to connect with experienced women mentors and take the first step toward achieving your tech aspirations.
Through speed mentoring sessions, you will have the opportunity to meet and learn from a variety of women in tech, who will share their experiences, insights, and advice. Our mentors come from a range of backgrounds and areas of expertise, including software development, data science, career development and UX/UI design.
Whether you're just starting out in your tech career or looking to take your skills to the next level, this event is for you. We hope that this initiative will inspire and motivate you to continue breaking barriers and achieving your goals!
We encourage people who identify as women to join this event. That being said, anyone who respects our Code of Conduct is welcome.

- Elizabeth Oda, Panel: Data Science
Elizabeth Oda is a Researcher at Braid Technologies and has a background in plant molecular biology. She is also the President and Co-founder of Women in Science Japan (WISJ), whose mission is to help women scientists reach their full potential.
- Olesia Kyrylchuk, Panel: Career Development
Senior Director, People Head in Asia East and Pacific, EPAM.
More than 22 years of professional experience in HR field on management positions, since 2004 - in the IT industry. Has experience of leading an IT consulting startup as well as working in global organizations in leadership positions (IBM, EPAM). Holds Masters Degree in Philosophy and Personnel Management. She is also Certified Coach in Organizations and a Facilitator.
- Noemi Ashizuka, Panel: Web Development
Noemi is a Freelance Web Developer and a Lead Web Development Teacher at Le Wagon Tokyo, a coding school for creatives and entrepreneurs. She is running the Women's Coding Nights initiative at Le Wagon.
- Teresa Fong, Panel: UX/UI Design
Teresa is a Senior Product Designer at Skydea, an agency in Tokyo. As a designer, she builds apps and websites. But she most enjoys building community. She manages Creative Tokyo, a community with over 2,800 members connecting and finding friends with similar interests.
