On-campus Workshop - Build an e-commerce app with Next.js and Stripe

Join us for an exciting event to learn how to build a powerful payment solution using Next.js and Stripe! During this hands-on workshop, Hidetaka Okamoto from Stripe Japan will guide you through the process of integrating Next.js, a popular React framework, with Stripe, a leading online payment platform. You'll explore key topics such as setting up a Next.js development environment, understanding the basics of Stripe's API, creating a seamless checkout experience, handling payments securely, and implementing advanced features like subscriptions and recurring payments.

By the end of the workshop, you'll learn how to build a functional payment solution that you can integrate into your own projects or use as a starting point for future endeavors. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive personalized guidance, and network with fellow participants.

Key steps:
- Create a new React Hook to handle UI interaction event
- Use Next.js features to process the server side data
- Build UI using React and Stripe SDK

Prerequisites:
- Installed Node.js (v16 or later) on the PC
- Can use the `npm` command to install several React/Stripe packages or SDKs
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React and Next.js are recommended but not required.
