Celebrate International Women’s Day and meet new people with a free Pilates class!

This all-levels session is open to beginners, though previous yoga or pilates experience is helpful. We’ll focus on core strength, posture, and mindful movement in a supportive, welcoming environment.

After class, please join us for a casual coffee at a nearby café to hang out and chat.

Mats provided, just bring yourself (and some water).
