When signing up to a session, please read the description carefully and take note of our No show and Late Cancellation policy:
- All no shows will be charged in full
- All cancellations less than 24 hrs will also be charged in full if your spot was not taken by someone else on the waitlist
- The Cancellation Policy is set up to discourage last minute cancellations and therefore applies with or without a waitlist
- Members with 2 no shows/late cancellations will be removed from the group unless payment is received

Waitlist Overview
- The waitlist is a built-in Meetup feature. It can only be enabled or disabled and operates on an automatic basis.
- When someone removes themselves from the Going list, the system automatically assigns the next person on the waitlist based on RSVP time—as long as their headcount fits the available spot(s).
- If you RSVP with a +1, the system will only move you to the Going list when two spots open up at the same time. If only one spot opens up, the system will skip you and move on to the next individual without a +1.

No Show
- If you're on the Going list and don’t show up without having paid—or if you were bumped up from the waitlist and didn’t notice or attend—you’ll be charged the session fee.

Late Cancellation
- If you cancel within 24 hours of the session and the session remains unfilled (or wasn’t full to begin with), you’ll be charged. If no one takes your spot, you’re still liable for the fee.

We’ve had a lot of interest lately and spots are in high demand. Please be mindful and keep your RSVP up to date if your availability changes.
