Dear my friends,

Although you may already know the benefits of meditation in our modern day life, you may feel that life is moving at a faster pace then ever. The amount of time people spend on self-inquiry is actually getting less. As a result, you are too busy with the activities in the outside world and you forget your own inner self (which is most important element and the origin of our thoughts and actions)

We not only forget ourself, we also forget to take care of it mentally, physically, and spiritually. Thereafter, all the problems relating to our thoughts and actions, we try to solve it only when we hit a dead end or a crisis. So, all the problems within us are stocked in our minds and we basically wait until a certain day (maybe) to solve them. Ironically, we spend more time fixing our outside appearance and the view of how we appear to others, but not our inner self.

This leads to repeated negative situations in our relationships, since our mindset is programmed in certain egoistic patterns.
This also leads us to not feeling “enough” and always comparing ourselves with others even when we know we are completely different individuals, with different backgrounds, different roles to live.

If you have this feeling, and you want to do the work to help you get out of these feelings, maybe it is the time to start. We are doing a series of talks and guided meditations to help you take care of your inner world step by step, which will help you live a more fulfilled life.

The previous two sessions were:
1/ Forgiving ourselves
2/ Forgiving others

🍀 This time the session is about visiting your Inner Self. We will gently touch on this special space where you hide the best version of yourself, or the version that you are denying to yourself, but without which you wouldn’t feel complete in your own shell.

🍀This is a community service so we don’t charge anything. This time we will do at a temple, so after the session, please donate from 500¥ for the temple is all we ask.

🎯Time: 17:45 - 19:30 for the main talk and guided meditation. After that we will discuss a little and have Reiki if there is time.

🍀Your open mindset

Since space is limited, RSVP is required. Please refrain from last minute cancellation unless you have an unavoidable situation. Please contact directly to the host about your last minute cancellation.

We practice covid safety measures so please wear masks when attending.

Tea or water will be served to all participants for free.

Please wear comfortable clothes and refrain from eating 2 hours before the class because meditation works better when your stomach is not too full or empty.
