Party Menu – Argentine Asado
Enjoy an authentic Argentine Asado, inspired by the traditional gaucho cuisine of the Pampas. The meat is seasoned with Andean rock salt and slowly charcoal-grilled over a traditional Asado grill, allowing the excess fat to drip away and bringing out the natural flavor of the meat.
