Japan Immigration Guide Project: 1st Planning Meeting

Walking Talking is launching a new Japan Immigration Guide Project to support people who want to move to Japan! As a global community, our members will create country-specific guides to help newcomers navigate the immigration process based on real experiences.
This 1st planning meeting is for members who have experience moving to Japan and want to contribute to this project. We will discuss:

• How to structure the guide
• Key topics to include
• How to collaborate and develop the content over time

Join us to share your experience and help create a valuable resource for future immigrants!
Schedule:

• 12:00-12:15 PM: Welcome & introductions
• 12:15-1:00 PM: Sharing personal experiences of moving to Japan
• 1:00-1:30 PM: Brainstorming key topics for the immigration guide
• 1:30-2:00 PM: Planning future meetings and next steps

Notes:

• This is an open discussion for those who want to contribute to the project.
• The event itself is free, but each participant will cover their own food and drinks.
• No prior experience in writing is needed—just your insights and willingness to help!
• Depending on the number of participants, we may move to a reserved café nearby for a more comfortable discussion.

このプロジェクトでは、メンバーが自分の出身国で日本で住みたい方々に向けた「日本への移住ガイド」を作成し、これから移住を考えている人をサポートします。
この 第1回目の会議 では、日本への移住経験をもとに、ガイドをどのように作成していくか話し合います。

スケジュール：

• 12:00-12:15: ウェルカム＆自己紹介
• 12:15-13:00: 日本への移住体験の共有
• 13:00-13:30: 移住ガイドに必要な情報をブレインストーミング
• 13:30-14:00: 次回の会議と今後の進め方の確認

• プロジェクトに興味のある方ならどなたでも参加可能です。
• カフェでの飲食費は各自負担です。
• 参加費無料。
• ライティングの経験は不要！経験やアイデアを共有するだけでOKです！
• 参加人数に応じて、より快適に話し合えるよう三宮周辺のカフェを予約します。
