Join us for a fun and relaxed Saturday afternoon at Moomba Festival 2026, one of Melbourne’s best-known long weekend traditions.
This meetup is for singles aged 35–45 who want to enjoy the festival atmosphere while meeting new people in a friendly, low-pressure setting. Whether you’re naturally social or a bit quieter at first, this is an easy way to connect through shared experience rather than awkward forced conversation.
We’ll be meeting at Federation Wharf, a central and easy-to-find location by the Yarra, before heading into the Moomba atmosphere together. Moomba is centred around Alexandra Gardens and Birrarung Marr, and the official visitor info recommends public transport, with Flinders Street Station as the nearest train station.
With free festival entry, a lively riverside atmosphere, and plenty happening around us, it’s a great setting for a social meetup. The festival features attractions such as rides, food and drink, the Moomba Parade, the Birdman Rally, and other program activities.
This event is ideal if you:
