Our Mitia FC is a mixed group of local and international players.

Mostly main players are Myanmar.

Club Management Fee: 500 JPY
(Please have the exact amount ready after finishing games.)
(If you play rough or fighting other players, we may have to decline participation in next events.)

Facility : Goal, lighting, Futsal ball, Bibs & Toilet

Skill level: All Level(everyone is welcome to join us)

【For First Timers】

If you join our event for the first time, please fully read through the Event Details below and write "This is my first time joining this event" on the comment section. If you do not comment, we may choose other players instead and remove you from the participation list. And, send the message to the event host to confirm RSVP and your background - If so we can separate the teams for balancing in advance.

【Cancel Policy】

*Cancellation is allowed before 24 hours from the game start time. And, please do not cancel without notice.

If you cancel without notice, or if you cancel within 24 hours of the event, we will regard you as a No-Show.

And, we may have to decline participation for No-Show players in next events.

【For Players on the Waitlist】

A waitlist does not guarantee a replacement.

Only players on the Going list can join the session.

If you have other plans and cannot go anymore, don’t forget to change your status to Not Going.

If you stay on the Waitlist and someone cancels, you will be moved to the Going list orderly and automatically.

If you are moved to the Going list and do not come, we will regard it as a No-Show.

And, we may have to decline participation for No-Show players in next events.

【Bringing Friends as Guests】

Firstly, please ask your friends to register themselves.

If you have joined our events before and would like to bring guests, please comment and let us know that you'd like to bring friends, or we might remove your guest from participating.

【Gameplay and Rules】

Basic soccer rule is applied to our games including the Back-pass to a goal-keeper.

But Tackles(shoulder & sliding) are not allowed in order to avoid injuries.

Make sure your own bring shoes for synthetic grass. (Spike shoes are not allowed.)

Game Time : 10 Minutes Per Game

Teams: 3 randomized teams

Games: 6-A side futsal

＊Any injury and trouble are at your own risk

*Fee can be paid in-person by cash or paypay.

NOTE: Session may be cancelled if weather is bad or there isn't enough players before 24 hours.

We will go ahead if there are at least 10 players.

① ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် ၂၄ နာရီမတိုင်မီတွင် “Cancel (Not Going)” လုပ်ခြင်းအား ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။
② ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် ၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း Cancel (Not Going) လုပ်ခြင်း (သို့) Going စာရင်းတွင်ရှိသော်လည်း လာရောက်ကစားခြင်း မပြုလုပ်ပါက No-Show အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ပါမည်။
➡️ No-Show ဖြစ်ပါက ဒဏ်ကြေးငွေ 500円 ပေးဆောင်ရန်လိုအပ်ပြီး နောင်အခါ ကစားခွင့် ပယ်ဖျက်ခံရနိုင်ပါသည်။
**🕒Waitlist စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်း **

• စောင့်ဆိုင်း (Waitlist) စာရင်းတွင်ရှိသူများအနေဖြင့် ကစားခွင့်ရမည်ကို အာမခံမထားပါ။
• Going စာရင်းတွင်ပါဝင်သူများသာ သေချာကစားခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
• Waitlist တွင်ရှိ၍ လာရောက်မကစားနိုင်သောအခြေအနေပြောင်းလဲပါက “Not Going” သို့ ပြောင်းပါ (သို့) စီစဥ်သူထံ အကြောင်းကြားပါ။
• ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် တစ်ရက်အလို Waitlist မှ Going သို့ ပြောင်းပြီး လာရောက်မကစားပါက No-Show အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ခံရပါမည်။ ➡️ ထိုအခါ ဒဏ်ကြေးငွေ 500円 ပေးဆောင်ရန်လိုအပ်ပြီး နောင်အခါ လာရောက်ကစားခွင့် ပယ်ဖျက်ခံရနိုင်ပါသည်။
• ကစားပွဲ မစတင်ခင် ၂၄ နာရီအတွင်း Waitlist စာရင်း တွင်ရှိသောသူသည် မလာရောက်ဘဲနေခြင်းကို ခွင့်ပြုပါသည်။

**👥သူငယ်ချင်းများ ခေါ်လာလိုပါက**
① သူငယ်ချင်းများကို ကိုယ်တိုင် App/Platform မှတဆင့် စာရင်းသွင်းရန် တိုက်တွန်းပါ။
② Guest အဖြစ် +ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းဖြင့် စာရင်းသွင်းထားပါက ထိုသူကိုယ်တိုင် တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။ မလာနိုင်ပါက ၂၄ နာရီမတိုင်မီ Guest စာရင်းမှ ဖယ်ရှားပါ။ ➡️ အချိန်မှီ မဖယ်ရှားနိုင်ပါက + လုပ်ထားသောအရေအတွက်အလိုက် ဒဏ်ကြေးငွေပေးဆောင်ရမည်။
③ ယခင်ကတည်းက ကစားဖူးသူဖြစ်ပြီး သူယ်ချင်းက စာရင်းသွင်းဖို့ အခက်အခဲ ရှိပါက comment မှတဆင့် (သို့) စီစဥ်သူထံ အသိပေးပါ။
④ လူဦးရေပြည့်နေပါက သူငယ်ချင်းအတွက် Guest စာရင်းတွင် +လုပ်၍ စာရင်းမပေးသွင်းနိုင်ပါ။
