Music Makers Tokyo - March Meetup

Join us for what may be the last Music Makers Tokyo meetup — but hopefully not the end of the story.
After two incredible years, the current organisers are stepping back from Music Makers Tokyo. Our personal circumstances have changed, and we're no longer able to give MMT the time, energy, and funding it deserves. We're also looking forward to refocusing on our own music projects, which have taken a back seat while running these events.
But there's hope. We're currently in talks with members of the community about the possibility of keeping MMT alive under new leadership. Nothing is confirmed yet, but the spirit of this community is strong, and we'd love to see it continue in some form.
Regardless of what comes next, we want to make this event one to remember. Come celebrate everything we've built together — and maybe help shape what comes next.
A community for music creators, performers, and enthusiasts in Tokyo. Whether you're a seasoned musician, an aspiring creator, or someone who simply loves music, this event is the perfect place to connect, share, and celebrate all forms of music.

### What's Happening:

🎤 Open Performances: Take the stage and share your music live! Perform up to 5 minutes of your original work. 🎧 Track Showcases: Send us your track in advance, and we'll play it during the event, highlighting you as the creator. 🎵 Networking & Inspiration: Meet like-minded music lovers and spark new collaborations in a relaxed, conversation-friendly atmosphere.

### Important Updates:

• Entry fee: ¥1000 (pay at the door).
• Optional video: Performers may purchase a video of their performance for ¥1000.
• Allocated slots: All performers will be given a performance time. Please arrive by 8:00 PM to be ready for your slot.
• Community spirit: Performers are encouraged to stay for the whole event—not just their own set—so that we can all contribute to a more inclusive and supportive community.

Music Makers Tokyoの、もしかしたら最後のミートアップ——でも、これで終わりとは限りません。
素晴らしい2年間を経て、現在の主催者はMusic Makers Tokyoの運営から退くことになりました。私たちの状況が変わり、MMTにふさわしい時間・エネルギー・資金を注ぎ続けることが難しくなりました。また、イベント運営の間後回しにしてきた自分たちの音楽制作にも、改めて向き合いたいと思っています。
でも、希望はあります。 現在、コミュニティのメンバーと、新しい運営体制でMMTを続けられないか話し合いを進めています。まだ確定ではありませんが、このコミュニティの力は本物です。何らかの形で続いてほしいと心から願っています。
この先どうなるとしても、この日を最高の夜にしたい。一緒に築いてきたものを祝い、そしてもしかしたら、次の一歩を一緒に考える場にしましょう。

• 参加費：¥1000（当日受付にてお支払いください）
• 動画オプション：パフォーマンス映像を¥1000で購入可能です。
• 出演スロット：全パフォーマーには出演時間が割り当てられます。20:00までに会場入りしてください。
• コミュニティ精神：自分の出番だけでなく、イベント全体を楽しみましょう。みんなで支え合う温かいコミュニティを作っていきましょう！
