【ご注意ください】
イベント当日はカフェの通常営業は行っていません。主催者がソフトドリンクをご用意いたしますので、ご自由にお飲みください（セルフサービスです🥤）。

まずは自己紹介シートを記入します ✍️
イベントは全体で90分間です。20分ごとに席替えを行います 🔄
※参加人数により、席替えの回数が4回未満となる場合があります。
各20分のうち、最初の10分は英語、後半の10分は日本語でお話ししましょう！🗣️
※日本人だけのテーブルになった場合も、できるだけ英語で話すようにしてみてください。

【注意事項】
当日は、参加者が日本人のみとなる場合もありますのでご了承ください。🙏
イベント中に撮影した写真を、次回イベントの告知に使用する場合があります（写真NGの方は受付時にお申し出ください。お顔にマスキング処理をします）。📸

【キャンセルについて】
キャンセルはできるだけ前日までにお願いします。
当日キャンセルの場合は午前10時までにご連絡ください。
キャンセルの際は、Meetupページで「不参加」に変更をお願いします。↩️

【年齢制限】

【Date & Time】
Saturday, July 19, 2025 15:00 – 16:30 (Check-in starts at 14:50) 🗓️

【Location】
Riverside Café “Rokuto” (鹿都) 3-9-30 Shibatsuji-cho, Nara City ☕🦌

【Please Note】
The café will not be open for regular service during the event. Soft drinks will be provided by the organizer — please help yourself during the event (self-service 🥤).

【Event Schedule】
14:50 – Check-in 📝
15:00 – Event begins! 🎉
We’ll start by filling out a self-introduction sheet ✍️
The event lasts 90 minutes. You'll be seated with different people every 20 minutes 🔄
※Depending on the number of participants, there may be fewer than 4 seat changes.
Each session will begin with 10 minutes in English, followed by 10 minutes in Japanese! 🗣️
If your table consists only of Japanese speakers, we kindly ask you to continue speaking in English for the full 20 minutes.

【Important Notes】
Please understand that all participants may be Japanese speakers on some occasions. 🙏
We may take photos during the event to use in future announcements. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please inform us at check-in and we will mask your face. 📸

【Cancellations】
Please cancel by the day before if possible.
For same-day cancellations, contact us by 10 AM.
Also, be sure to update your RSVP to “Not Going” on the Meetup event page. ↩️
【Age Limit】
Participants must be 18 years old or older. 🔞
We may refuse future participation for individuals who:
Cancel without notice 🚫
