佐保川沿いに咲く桜を見ながら、おしゃべりしませんか？いつもランゲージエクスチェンジのイベントを開催しているカフェの3階で、夜桜を楽しみながら飲んだり食べたりしながらおしゃべりしましょう😊
これまでランゲージエクスチェンジのイベントに参加されたことのある方はもちろん、初めての方も大歓迎です😃

佐保川沿いの桜はとてもきれいなので、お時間ある方は早めに来て、カフェ周辺を散策してから、その後是非交流会に参加されるのもオススメ🌸交流会は途中からの参加もOKです！遅れてのご参加の方はご連絡お願いします📢

⚠️この日はカフェは通常営業していますので、いつものランゲージエクスチェンジのイベントは行いません。ご注意ください⚠️

【場所】
奈良市芝辻町3-9-30リバーサイドCafé 鹿都（ろくと）☕🦌の3階

【参加費】
1500円
（軽食・ドリンク込み。遅れて参加される場合も一律1500円です）

【スケジュール】
16:30 会場オープン
17:00 交流会開始
20:00交流会終了
交流会ではミニコンサート🎶や、ミニゲームも行います✨

【注意事項】
当日は、参加者が日本人のみとなる場合もありますのでご了承ください。🙏
イベント中に撮影した写真を、Instagramにアップする場合があります（写真NGの方は受付時にお申し出ください。お顔にマスキング処理をします）。📸

キャンセルは前日22時までにお願いします。

キャンセルの際は、Meetupページで「不参加」に変更をお願いします。

参加者にキャンセルが出た場合、キャンセル待ちに申し込みされた日付が1番早い方から順番に「参加」に変更します。

【Special Edition: Cherry Blossom Party 🌸】

Why not enjoy some great conversation while overlooking the beautiful cherry blossoms along the Saho River? We will be gathering on the 3rd floor of our usual Language Exchange cafe to eat, drink, and enjoy the night view of the blossoms (Yozakura) together! 😊
Whether you are a regular at our Language Exchange events or a first-timer, everyone is welcome! 😃
The cherry blossoms along the Saho River are stunning. If you have time, we highly recommend arriving early to take a stroll around the river before joining the party! 🌸 Joining mid-way through the event is also perfectly fine. If you plan to arrive late, please let us know in advance. 📢

⚠️ Note: The cafe will be operating as usual on this day, so the standard Language Exchange format will not be held. Please keep this in mind!

【Participation Fee】
1,500 Yen
(Includes light snacks and drinks. The fee is a flat rate of 1,500 Yen even if you arrive late.)

【Schedule】
• 16:30 – Doors Open
• 17:00 – Party Starts
• 20:00 – Party Ends
We will also have a mini-concert🎶 and mini-games during the event! ✨

【Important Notes】
• Please be aware that there may be cases where all participants are Japanese. 🙏
• Photos taken during the event may be uploaded to Instagram. (If you prefer not to be in photos, please let us know at reception. We will blur/mask your face). 📸

• Parking: The parking lot in front of the cafe cannot be used on the day of the event. Please use nearby coin parking. 🅿️

take any responsibility for accidents or injuries that occur during the event.

【Cancellations】
• Please cancel by 22:00 the day before the event.
• To cancel, please change your RSVP to "Not Going" on the Meetup page.
• If a spot opens up, people on the waiting list will be automatically moved to "Going" in the order they joined the list.
