Ariane Porteau (Canada)

Bio:
Blues dancing has been part of Ariane's life for the last ten years. She discovered it not long after having started lindy hop and it has been a revelation both to her dancing body and self expression. She illustrated herself in a few competitions and projects in her home country of Canada as well as in the US and is recognized mainly for her body control and solo dancing. Invested in her local community, she loves to share her knowledge and passion for the dance and she's been doing so by teaching, coaching, choreographing and organizing local events for the past 6 years. She's always looking to deepen her knowledge and understanding of black dances in the hopes of helping build a healthy and inclusive community that honors the black American roots of blues dancing.

アリアンにとってブルースダンスは過去10年間人生の一部となっています。リンディホップを始めた直後にブルースダンスと出会い、それは自分の体と自己表現の両方にとって啓示となりました。母国カナダやアメリカでのいくつかのコンペティションやプロジェクトで実力を発揮し、主にボディコントロールとソロダンスで知られています。地域コミュニティに積極的に関わり、この6年間、ダンスへの知識と情熱を教えて、コーチング、振付、地元イベントの企画などが彼女の生きがいである。彼女は常にブラックダンスへの知識と理解を深め、ブルースダンスのブラックアメリカンルーツを尊重する健全で包括的なコミュニティづくりに貢献することを目指しています。
