We are a voice AI startup founded in Tokyo, Japan, and we are looking for people to do voice sessions online, which you can get paid for.
### We are looking for people who:

### 🗣️ What’s This Event About?
This is an online event in which participants get paired 1-on-1 randomly and anonymously to talk for 15-minutes through a voice chat room.
The topic is mostly free - work, hobbies, daily life and etc. - just avoid sharing personal, identifiable information.
It is super chill and casual - no need for any experience or preparation, just come and join as you are, we appreciate everyone's participation! :)
The conversations are recorded and will potentially be used for AI training, which is the reason we will compensate participants.
We ask that you sit somewhere quiet and use headphones and a microphone, to get the best possible quality audio.
We care about your privacy. If you don't wish for your data to be used, you can always choose to delete or withhold it.
The event is about an hour long, which means it is possible to join up to 8 sessions and earn $32 USD by joining the event.

How do I receive payment?
We use Stripe Payout and PayPal. You can receive your payment under "Payout" here https://app.oto.earth/payout
How do I join the event?
You can join the event directly through our voice-chat webpage (oto voice rooms) by clicking "Join room" at the start of the event. Then you will join a queue in getting paired with another participant.
I am not located in the United States. Can I still join?
Unfortunately, at the current time, the chatrooms are only available for US residents and Japan residents.
We are working on expanding to other countries as well, so please stay tuned.
I had a great talk session with the other person, but is it possible to stay in touch afterwards?
Yes! We have a new function that lets you add the other person as a friend, where you can also continue to message each other afterwards. You are welcome to add each other on other platforms as well after the session.
I accidentally mentioned something private that could identify me. What should I do?
Don't worry - if you accidentally say something that you don't want recorded, it is possible to delete part of the voice chat by clicking the "Delete last 10 seconds"-button in the chat room. If you have any further issues or worries - feel free to contact us, and we will see what we can do :)
