[ユーザーリサーチ入門] Introduction to User Research - Product Workshop #2

• What we'll do
We believe that user research is essential to building a great software, and it is embedded in our product development process🚀
At this meetup, we will share how we approach user research at Pivotal Labs and run a workshop to try out one of the methods. We will touch base on different types of user research, when to use them, and how to use them. The talk and workshop will be in English and Japanese.
There will be food and drinks!

Pivotal Labsでは、良いプロダクトを作るにはユーザーのことを理解することが必須だと考え、全てのプロジェクトでユーザーリサーチを行なっています🚀
今回のワークショップでは、普段私たちが行っているリサーチをプレゼンテーション＆ワークショップ形式で紹介します。複数リサーチ方法の紹介、いつ・どの方法をどんな風に使うと効果的かについてなど、幅広くカバーします。プレゼンテーションとワークショップは日本語と英語の両方で行います。
