Sony Interactive Entertainment Career Talkは、PlayStationのビジネスを行う ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント（SIE）で働く社員に焦点をあて、キャリアや働き方などをご紹介するイベントです。

▪️今回のイベントについて
今回は、 ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント にて活躍する女性社員より、働き方やキャリアについてパネルディスカッション形式でご紹介します！Q&Aセッションの時間も設け、ご参加頂いた方からの質問もお受けする予定です。

有賀 杏奈 （アリガ アンナ）, Senior Manager, Software Engineering
2012年に新卒でソニー株式会社へソフトウェアエンジニアとして入社し、2017年にソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメントに異動。現在は自動テスト環境開発に携わる組織を統括。テスト自動化による品質向上・効率向上を目指しています！プライベートでは、旅行やスノボ、カメラが趣味。最近は未就学児2名の育児に奮闘中。

鶴田 愛友美（ツルタ アユミ）, Site Reliability Engineer
2022年にSREとして入社。PlayStation Networkの運用が主業務。ゲームのマルチプレイに関する機能やコミュニケーション機能の可用性維持を日々のミッションとしつつ、プラットフォームの標準化や運用ツール改善などにも取り組む。8歳＆6歳を子育て中。いつも家族で楽しくゲームしてます。

Jintarat Rochanakee （ロッチャナーキー ジンタラット） , IT Specialist
大学卒業後タイでソフトウェア品質とプロセスエンジニアに携わり、日本が好きで日本の大学院に進学。そしてコンサルタント会社でのITコンサルタントを経て、2021年3月SIEへITスペシャリストとして入社。社内の業務効率化を目標とし、グローバル案件のActive Directory・マイクロソフト製品の利用推進を担当。プライベートでは旅行、グルメ、ゲーム、アニメを楽しむのが趣味。

小野里　亜理沙（おのざと　ありさ）Talent Acqusition　シニアマネジャー
大学卒業後新卒以降、一貫して採用エリアに携わる。エージェントとしての中途採用、スタートアップでのグローバル新卒採用、そしてインターナショナルな事業会社での人事採用担当を経て、2023年8月現職へ新卒・中途採用チームの責任者として入社。新しいツールやテクノロジー、そして効率化が好き、プライベートでは一人旅と美味しい食事＆ワインを楽しむのが趣味。

What is Sony Interactive Entertainment Career Talk?
Sony Interactive Entertainment Career Talk is an event that focuses on the careers and working styles of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) employees who work in the PlayStation business.
Please visit to learn more about this event.

We will have a panel discussion with female employees of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) about their careers and working styles.
Q&A session will be held to answer questions from the audience.

Anna Ariga, Senior Manager, Software Engineering
Anna joined Sony Corporation as a new graduate in 2012 as a software engineer, and moved to Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2017. Currently, she oversees the organization involved in the development of automated test environments. She aims to improve quality and efficiency through test automation! In her private life, she enjoys traveling, snowboarding, and cameras. Recently, she is struggling to raise two preschool children.

Ayumi Tsuruta, Site Reliability Engineer
Ayumi joined the company in 2022 as an SRE and is mainly responsible for the operation of the PlayStation Network. Her daily mission is to maintain availability of multiplayer game functions and communication functions, while also working on platform standardization and improvement of operation tools. She always enjoys playing games with his family.

Jintarat Rochanakee , IT Specialist
After graduating from university, Jintarat worked as a software quality and process engineer in Thailand. After working as an IT consultant at a consulting firm, she joined SIE as an IT Specialist in March 2021. With the goal of improving internal business efficiency, she is in charge of promoting the use of Active Directory and Microsoft products for global projects. In her private life, she enjoys traveling, gourmet food, games, and anime.

Arisa Onozato Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
She has been in the recruitment field since graduated from college. After working in mid-career recruiting, global new grad recruiting at a start-up, and internal TA at an international tech company, she joined SIE in August 2023 as the head of the new graduate and mid-career recruiting team. She loves new tools, technology, and efficiency, and in her private life enjoys solo traveling to find local gems, gastronomy and wine.
