Sony Interactive Entertainment Career Talkは、PlayStationのビジネスを行う ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント（SIE）で働く社員に焦点をあて、キャリアや働き方などをご紹介するイベントです。

▪️今回のイベントについて
今回は、 ソニー・インタラクティブエンタテインメント にて社内のデジタルトランスフォーメンションを進めるIT部門（Digital, Technology, and Information, Services / DTIS）の社員より、働く魅力やキャリアについてパネルディスカッション形式でご紹介します！
Q&Aセッションの時間も設け、ご参加頂いた方からの質問もお受けする予定です。

登壇者

諸星 正太郎 （モロホシ ショウタロウ）, Manager, Corporate Applications
電機メーカーのSAPコンサルタントを経て、2022年10月にSIEへ入社。DTIS(In House IT)所属以来、S/4 HANAやServiceNowなどのビジネスApplicationのプロジェクトや保守運用業務に従事している。現在、私は日本・アジア地区のRegion ITマネジャーとしての役割を担っている。プライベートは、海外旅行が趣味。

篠原 みりあ (シノハラ ミリア）, IT Client Platform Engineer
ERPパッケージ開発、化学メーカの社内SEを経て2023年9月にSIEへ入社。SIE入社後はUS/EUチームと連携しながらセキュリティを中心としたユーザークライアント端末の管理を担当。またアジア地域のITサポートも担当。プライベートでは音楽、旅行、お酒など、色々と動き回って幅広く楽しんでいます。もちろんゲームも好きです。

石塚 景太（イシヅカ ケイタ）, Data Architect
2018年に新卒でSIEに入社し、DTISに配属。入社以来、PlayStation製品の製造・生産に関わるシステムに携わる。現在は、製造・生産領域におけるデータ活用推進を目指し、データ基盤の導入および管理を担当。プライベートでは、2歳児の育児に奮闘しつつ、空いた時間でゲームをするのが趣味（FPS、RPG、アクションが特に好き）。

葛西 哲（カサイ テツ）、Talent Aqusition Mangaer
新卒では通信系のSIerに入社し、ITセールス、プロジェクトマネージャーなどを経験後、人事へキャリアチェンジ。2022年10月現職へ新卒・中途採用チームのメンバーとして入社。現在は経験者採用のチームリードを担当。プライベートでは子育て、カメラ、ジム通い、甘いものを楽しむ。

What is Sony Interactive Entertainment Career Talk?
Sony Interactive Entertainment Career Talk is an event that focuses on the careers and working styles of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) employees who work in the PlayStation business.
Please visit to learn more about this event.
We will have a panel discussion with female employees of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) about their careers and working styles.
Q&A session will be held to answer questions from the audience.

Speakers

Shotaro Morohoshi, Manager, Corporate Applications
After working as an SAP consultant at an electronics manufacturer, Shotaro joined SIE in October 2022. Since joining DTIS (In-House IT), he has been involved in projects and maintenance operations for business applications such as S/4 HANA and ServiceNow. Currently, he serves as the Regional IT Manager for Japan and Asia. In his private life, he enjoys traveling abroad.

Milia Shinohara, IT Client Platform Engineer
After working in ERP package development and as an in-house SE at a chemical manufacturer, Milia joined SIE in September 2023. Since joining SIE, she has been responsible for managing user client devices, focusing on security in collaboration with the US/EU teams. She also handles IT support for the Asia region. In her private time, she enjoys music, traveling, drinks, and of course, gaming.

Keita Ishizuka, Data Architect
Keita joined SIE as a new graduate in 2018 and was assigned to DTIS. Since joining, he has been involved in systems related to the manufacturing and production of PlayStation products. He is currently working to promote the use of data in the manufacturing and production fields by implementing and managing data platforms. In his personal life, he is busy raising a 2-year-old child, and when he has free time, he enjoys gaming (especially FPS, RPG, and action games).

Tetsu Kasai, Talent Acquisition Manager
After starting his career at a telecom system integrator, where he worked in IT sales and project management, Tetsu transitioned to human resources. He joined his current role at SIE in October 2022 as a member of the new graduate and mid-career recruitment team. He is now leading the experienced hire recruitment team. Outside of work, he enjoys parenting, photography, going to the gym, and indulging in sweets.
