Bergen United Sports is a recreational sports community for women and everyone who identifies as a woman (ages 18–25) in Bergen County, New Jersey. We provide a welcoming space where members can stay active, build friendships, and enjoy sports in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.

Our journey begins with weekly soccer meetups featuring pickup games, scrimmages, and future seasonal leagues. As our community grows, we plan to expand into basketball, flag football, strength & conditioning, and skills clinics.

Whether you're brand new to sports or have years of experience, you'll find a place here. Our mission is simple: create an inclusive community where everyone belongs, grows, and has fun through sport.
